Website information

This website provides general information about SAMEEGO vehicle-hire options. Vehicle images are examples. Availability, specification, price, deposit, mileage allowance, insurance, driver eligibility and collection details must be confirmed in writing.

No hire until agreed

An enquiry, form submission or downloaded template does not reserve a vehicle or create a hire. A hire begins only after required checks are complete and the relevant agreement has been completed and accepted by both parties.

Driver responsibility

A driver must not use a vehicle until SAMEEGO has confirmed that the driver is approved and correctly insured for the intended use. Taxi and private-hire work is also subject to the applicable driver, vehicle and operator licensing requirements.

Fillable agreement templates

The downloadable 3, 6 and 12-month documents are templates. The commercial details and vehicle condition must be completed accurately. The signed agreement, insurance terms and applicable law take priority over general website information.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or copy protected content for commercial use without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable, and SAMEEGO does not guarantee that general information will remain current in every circumstance.

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
